Terms of Service

By accessing or using Time Card Calculator (the "Service"), including any page on timecardcalculator.one, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We provide free, browser-based tools and content to help estimate work hours, breaks, overtime, and related pay figures. The Service currently includes:

• The main time card calculator (multi-day time cards, print, CSV export, custom pay periods)
• Specialized calculators on /calculators (for example work hours, timesheet, overtime, break time, weekly hours, biweekly time card, and time duration tools)
• Educational articles on /blog
• Informational pages such as About and Contact

The Service is offered for informational and convenience purposes only. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, calculator, or article at any time without notice.

The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or payroll advice. Calculator results and blog articles are estimates and general guidance based on the times and settings you enter or on commonly described practices. Employer policies, collective agreements, state daily overtime rules, rounding, meal-break laws, and pay period definitions may change your actual pay.

Always verify totals with your employer or payroll department before submitting official timesheets, filing taxes, or making financial decisions. A specialized calculator may show a subset of features available on the main time card calculator; when in doubt, compare results with your payroll system.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
• Introduce malware or interfere with other users' access
• Misrepresent affiliation with us or imply endorsement without permission
• Republish large portions of the site or calculators as a competing product without written permission

The calculators and blog do not require registration. If we add accounts, newsletters, or paid features in the future, additional terms may apply.

The Service, including text, design, logos, calculator software, blog articles, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the calculators for personal or internal business timesheet preparation and may link to our pages with attribution. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service as a competing product or automated API without written permission.

The site may link to third-party sites (including in blog articles) or use third-party tools for hosting. We may add analytics or advertising services in the future; if we do, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CALCULATIONS OR ARTICLE CONTENT WILL MATCH YOUR EMPLOYER'S PAYROLL SYSTEM OR APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY CALCULATOR PAGE OR BLOG ARTICLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms when the site changes (for example new calculators or blog posts). The "Last updated" date shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
